Landtscap wedding | Louis and Lara | Highlights

This was the first wedding I photographed at Landtscap and I have to say that I am totally in love with this wedding venue.  It really has the most amazing view over the mountains and the venue is really something different and unique from most other venues.  Love the modern and industrial look.

It was great to be part of Louis and Lara's wedding day.  They are just an amazing couple.  This was also the first time in almost 300 wedding when the grooms first words to me was that the only thing he wanted to have at his wedding was me as their wedding photographer.  Always great to know that clients love your photography.

It was great to work with the very talented team from WEDDING CONCEPTS.  Well done, this was a fantastically beautiful wedding.

This is only a short highlight post :-)  If you want to see more beautiful decor and stunning moments from this wedding, make sure you view the full post HERE.

Moments before the smoke alarm went off :-)  was great photographing Louis and the guys.

The flowers and decor at this wedding was just OUT OF THIS WORLD.  I wanted to post more than 80 photos of decor and flowers, but I am keeping it small for this highlights post, more photos will be part of the FULL blog post.

Louis and Lara saw the moon rising over the mountains and called me for a few photos. At first I was a bit worried, because these type of photos is normally not that easy :-) To top it off , the wind was VERY strong and I couldn't use any light diffusers (soft box) in the wind, so I had to shoot direct off camera flash (not my first choice).

After the first photo I became very excited and just knew that we were going to get some awesome unique images.

Here are my camera settings for the next 3 images:
 Canon 6D
24-70 F4 IS at F4.5
ISO: 2500
SHUTTER: 1/10sec (had to make use of slow shutter to get the effect from the moon rising light)
